Foodie
Located inside the IULM 3 Building, on floor 0, the Foodie canteen has two floors and is managed by Pellegrini Spa Group. It is possible to pay by cash, credit cards, Bancomat and meal vouchers.
Within the two floors of the restaurant, 6 types of menu will be served:
- Full Meal Menu at 5.90 euro: first course, second course, side dish, bread, free service drink.
- Reduced Meal Menu at 5.50 euro: second course, side dish, bread, free service drink.
- Reduced Meal Menu at 5 euro: first course, side dish, bread, free drink.
- Spit-roasted chicken menu at 5.50 euro: ½ spit-roasted chicken, potatoes, bread, free drink.
- Kebab menu at 5,50 euro: kebab plate or sandwich with kebab, side dish, bread, free drink.
- Fast Food menu at 5,50 euro: fast food sandwich, Chips, free service drink
Opening hours: Monday-Friday, from 12 to 14.30.
YUM!
The YUM! Central Bar, on the ground floor of the IULM 1 central building, offers a wide range of culinary delights for lunch: sandwiches and salads. You can enjoy them directly on site or, thanks to the "take away" formula, wherever you wish.
In addition to salads and sandwiches there will also be a pizzeria area. In this location it is possible to make payment quickly and easily thanks to the terminal with automatic cash register.
Opening hours: Monday-Friday, from 8.15 am to 6 pm.
Subway
(temporarily closed)
Subway is located in the new IULM 6 building, in the central courtyard, under the Auditorium. For a quick lunch break you can enjoy delicious sandwiches, big salads.
During the summer period, students can enjoy their pocket lunch brought from home in Subway's outdoor space.
Opening hours: Monday-Friday, from 8.30 am to 3.30 pm.
Literary Café
(temporarily closed)
Located on the ground floor of the IULM Residence, it is a Cafeteria where you can relax, share projects, exchange ideas and study. It is the ideal place to enjoy a good breakfast, but also a quick lunch between classes. The cafeteria also offers a wide selection of volumes for consultation.
Opening hours: Monday-Friday, 9.00 am to 3.30 pm.
Our Food: Monday-Friday from 12.00 to 15.00.
A new catering space located in IULM Open Space (Floor 0) where students can enjoy their "pocket lunch" brought from home.
The Community is a collaborative platform with which IULM University makes learning, communication, information and storage spaces available to its students and teachers. In each space it is possible to view teaching material, exercises, in-depth content, intermediate test results, but also to interact with the teacher and other participants. The Community is therefore a support tool for teaching activities.
Acces the Community
Starting from the graduation session in November 2018, IULM University has chosen to employ a single photographic studio that will carry out the services exclusively.
During the Graduation Day ceremony there will be two official photographers chosen by IULM University
For each graduate, the photo shoot will cover the act of proclamation and the act of handing over the parchment. In compliance with regional and national regulations on health emergencies, it will not be possible to ask the official photographers to take shots other than those provided for (proclamation and delivery of the parchment). After the ceremony, on request, it will be possible to take further photographs outside the structure.

On the Graduation Day, at the moment of the recognition, the graduands will have to hand in the Photography Release and authorization, audio/video shooting duly completed and signed. Download it at this link.

The University offers its students an email address with which you can access all the services offered by Google Apps. You will have 25 GB for storing your mail, for instant messaging, for storing your documents and sharing them with other students as well as many other opportunities.
To access your new mailbox, connect to mail.studenti.iulm.it and enter your username and password, the same you use for the Segreteria Online. The first time you log in you will have to give an authorization by clicking on the "Yes, continue" button: activate the "Remember" option to skip this step in the future. Example:
At this point you can start using your new mailbox, which will have as its domain @studenti.iulm.it. In the video below you will find a quick overview of the services at your disposal.

IULM University, in collaboration with Microsoft, has activated the Microsoft Office 365 Education service for all students.
This agreement allows to install or access the following services and products free of charge:
- the latest versions of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, OneNote, Outlook, Access and Publisher
- installation of the Office package on up to 5 PCs or Macs, 5 Tablets and 5 Smartphones, not owned by IULM University
- infinite storage space on the OneDrive cloud
- the use of Office online
How to activate the Microsoft Office 365 service:
- connect to the address office365.iulm.it
- click on "Login Office 365"
- follow the activation procedure
Please note that, once the operation is completed, you must wait about 10 minutes to obtain the Office license.
If you are unable to activate the license, select the link "Get Office 365 license" in the Utilities section.
The tool used is Microsoft Teams. On the Online Teaching page, through the appropriate table it is possible to identify - thanks to the search function for teacher, teaching or degree course - the password that will be inserted in the Teams platform (under "Join a team with a code") to follow the online lesson.
Available to students and teachers, guides and video tutorials to use the platform.
To help you in the preparation of your dissertation or final test, you can download some of the media below by clicking directly on the appropriate link. These are tools made by IULM University with all the indications about formatting and editing of your dissertation. However, they do not replace the indications of the lecturers for the structuring of the work but represent an aid for the editing work.

IULM Print Centre
The IULM Print Centre is open Monday to Friday from 9 am to 1 pm and from 1.30 pm to 5.45 pm
IULM Print is located in IULM 3 (Floor 0) and is available to students for photocopying, printing usb files, binding, printing and binding of theses and handouts.

IULM University has renovated its Wi-Fi service and extended its coverage to the entire Campus. The new wireless service and its infrastructure guarantee ease of connection, speed of navigation and adequate protection.
The use of the service implies the acceptance of the rules of behaviour
EDUROAM
Eduroam (Education Roaming) is the international roaming service that allows mobile users in other organisations to easily and securely access the wireless network using the same credentials provided by their own organisation.
From this year, users of the IULM community will be able to access the Internet with their University credentials from within the Campus and from any other structure belonging to the Eduroam network.
The service is aimed at all users of our Athenaeum, both internals, students and external users belonging to the member organisations. You can access the wireless network with your laptop, smartphone and tablet in a simple, immediate and safe way, with privacy protection.
Thanks to the Eduroam Federation, when you go to another federated University you can use the wi-fi service of that University through the use of IULM credentials.
Once you have logged in for the first time, your credentials will no longer have to be entered, but will be automatically recognised. Each user can connect up to a maximum of 4 devices.
